Tara Rausch named OAC Player of the Week

Senior averages 24.5 points in two games

(WC Press Release) Wilmington, OH (December 22, 2003) -- Wilmington College senior womenÌs basketball player Tara Rausch (Marysville/Fairbanks) was named the OAC WomenÌs Basketball Player of the Week for the week of December 21.

The senior scored 49 points while pulling down 23 rebounds in two Lady Quaker victories on the week.

The Lady Quakers are currently 6-2 overall and 3-1 in OAC play.

Their next game in on December 30 when the team travels north to Springfield, Ohio to match up against the Tigers of Wittenberg University with tip-off set for 5:30 p.m.
