It is the responsibility of Wilmington College's SGA to serve as the representative voice of the student population; to encourage understanding and respect for the Quaker tradition of peace, service, and inner direction; to recognize and aid worthy student organizations; and to promote pride in the College. The SGA seeks to serve all the students' desires for improved student services and academic programs, as well as to promote honest and open communications among students, faculty, administrators, and staff. The SGA Steering Committee is also responsible for the allocation of the student activity fee. All registered and enrolled students of Wilmington College main campus are members of the Student Government Association.

Any member of the SGA has the right to present a concern or grievance in accordance with the SGA Bylaws (Article I,Section I). Any member of SGA has the right to appeal a decision in accordance with the SGA Bylaws (Article I, Section II).

The SGA Board meets every Tuesday afternoon at 5:00 p.m.in the SGA office. All students, faculty, and staff are welcome to attend.

Student Body President - Alanna Bornhorst
 

Year: Junior
Major: Middle Childhood Education with concentrations in Math & Language Arts
High School & Hometown: Fort Loramie HS, Fort Loramie, Ohio
Activities on campus: Treasurer, Alumni Chair, and Pledge Mistress for Delta Omega Theta sorority, student worker in Education Department, Project TRUST camp counselor, and Student Representative for Judicial Board.
Future Plans: To obtain a middle school math teaching position in Shelby County and begin a Master’s education in Educational Leadership.

Student Body Vice President - Jamal Hardnett
Year: Senior
Major: Sports Management and Administration
High School & Hometown: Orrville HS, Orrville, Ohio
Activities on campus: Peer mentor, Student Representative for Judicial Board, and member of Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity.
Future Plans: To work in the professional sports world, either for a league or a team.

Vice President of Administration - Evan Owen
Year: Junior
Major: Psychology and Pre-Law
High School & Hometown: Saint Clairsville HS, Saint Clairsville, Ohio.
Activities on campus: Computer Services, Resident Assistant, Campus Safety Dispatch, and Student Representative for the Library & Technology Faculty Committee and Judicial Board.
Future Plans: To pursue medical law, in addition to a career in management.

Vice President for Finance - Whitney Ford
Year: Senior
Major: Accounting and Business Administration with a concentration in Finance
High School & Hometown: Benjamin Logan HS, West Mansfield, Ohio
Activities on campus: Tutoring, SI instructor, Student Representative for Judicial Board.
Future plans: To attend Graduate school for accounting and move down south.

Vice President of Public Relations - Tiffany Cerana
Year: Junior
Major: Criminal Justice and Psychology
High School & Hometown: Westland HS, Galloway, Ohio
Activities on Campus: Activities Programming Board SAM Chair, Vice President of Standards and Parliamentarian for Kappa Delta Sorority, and Student Representative for Judicial Board.
Future plans: To obtain a full time job in career field or join a branch of the service.

Vice President of Elections - Amanda Hirn
Year: Sophomore
Major: Psychology
High School & Hometown: West Carrollton HS, West Carrollton, Ohio
Activities on campus: Swim Team, FCNL lobbying, Student Representative for the Academic Standards & Appeals Faculty Committee, and member of the STAND-Anti Genocide Group.
Future Plans: To attend Graduate school and become a therapists/psychologist.

Vice President of Faculty, Alumni, & Trustee Relations - Nicholas Marchetti
Year: Junior
Major: Social & Political Studies/ Pre-Law
High School & Hometown: Brecksville-Broadview Heights HS, Brecksville, Ohio
Activities on campus: Vice President of Gamma Phi Gamma fraternity, Greek Council Treasurer, and Student Representative for the IDRC Faculty Committee and Judicial Board.
Future Plans: To possibly join the CIA, become a senator, or mayor of my hometown.
