Meeting Rooms/Master Calendar

Conference Services

Any organization wishing to use College meeting rooms must reserve them in advance through the Conference Services Office. Activities not scheduled on the Master Calendar in this office will not be recognized as official College events. Groups who have not reserved in advance are not assured space. Rooms can be used by off-campus organizations as well, but they will be charged for these services. Guest rooms are also available and can be rented through this office.

Summer Camps & Conferences
Meetings, retreats, summer camps or wedding receptions; Wilmington College has a space for you. We have rooms available for various size groups...from 15 - 250, costs are minimal and our conference services department can accomodate many groups needs. Whether during the summer or or throughout the year contact Conference Services for you groups needs. Food service and technical services are also available for a small cost.
