Important Forms for New Students
Entering college is a lot of work and we understand things can become quite hectic. We have posted below important forms for new Wilmington College students (just in case you lost them):
Please Note: In order to park in a Wilmington College designated lot, students, facutly and staff MUST have a Wilmington College parking permit.
Medical History and Immunization Form
Please Note: Whether a student is accepting the college insurance or not, it is imperative for all students to complete and submit the medical form.
STAR Program Application
Do you love doing community service? Do you want to be part of a living-learning community with other people who are also committed to community service? If your answer is yes, then you should apply to be part of the STAR Program.
