Parlette earns SAAC honor

Sophomore Jenna Parlette (Miamisburg, OH/Miamisburg) has earned the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee Player of the Week honors for the week ending September 16.
Parlette finished fourth of 128 runners at the Cedarville University Friendship Meet to lead a women’s team that is still without NCAA qualifier Annie Cekada. Parlette completed the 5K course in 18:41.33.
In recognition of her accomplishments, Parlette will receive a T-shirt from SAAC, and her photo and list of accomplishments will be displayed in the lobby of Hermann Court.
The Student Athlete Advisory Committee is a committee made up of student-athletes assembled to provide insight about the student-athlete experience. SAAC protects student-athlete interests and provides a positive image of student-athletes.
