Dearth picks up SAAC award

The Wilmington College Student-Athlete Advisory Committee named men's lacrosse player Kirby Dearth as its Player of the Week, for the week ending February 24.

Dearth (Hilliard, OH/Darby) scored three goals with one assist as the Fightin' Quakers won their inaugural lacrosse game Saturday, 8-6, over DePauw.

In recognition of his accomplishments, he will receive a T-shirt from SAAC, and his photo and list of accomplishments will be displayed in the lobby of Hermann Court.

The Student Athlete Advisory Committee is a committee made up of student-athletes assembled to provide insight about the student-athlete experience. SAAC protects student-athlete interests and provides a positive image of student-athletes.
