The Wilmington College women's basketball team spent 10 days in China this summer.
The Lady Quakers posted a 3-1 record and learned volumes about China's people, customs and culture.
"This was one of the most important learning experiences these young women will have during their college career. It was a once-in-a-lifetime trip that none of them will ever forget," Wilmington head coach Jerry Scheve said.
During their tour of China, the Lady Quakers visited Beijing and Shanghai, with stops at The Great Wall, Tiananmen Square, The Forbidden City and The Bird's Nest (Olympic Stadium) in Beijing.
