Garman earns second OAC Player of the Week of season

Sophomore scores four goals while dishing out an assist during the week

WILMINGTON — Wilmington College sophomore midfielder Chad Garman (Dayton/Chaminade-Julienne) has been named the Ohio Athletic Conference Player of the Week for the second time this season, and the third time in four weeks that the Quakers have had a player of the week in men's soccer.

Over the week, Garman scored four goals and dished out an assist, including a hat-trick effort against Marietta where he netted his three goals in a span of just 3:48, including scoring the final two just 26 seconds apart.

On the season Garman has scored 11 goals while dishing out six assists.

The Quakers, currently ranked 13th in the country, are 10-1-1 overall and travel Ada, Ohio on Tuesday to face off against the Polar Bears of Ohio Northern University with kickoff set for 4:00 p.m.
