TWINSBURG — Three members of the Wilmington College baseball team have earned All-Ohio Athletic Conference honors.

Junior shortstop Greg Krieger has been named All-OAC Second Team while senior third baseman Ben Buehner and junior center fielder Taylor Clark were tabbed All-OAC Honorable Mention.

Krieger (Bellefontaine), a 2005 All-OAC Honorable Mention pick, was in the starting lineup in all 34 games this spring and hit above the .400 mark for most of the season before finishing with a .361 batting average. He led the Quakers with 11 doubles and 26 RBI.

Buehner (Germantown/Valley View), who was honorable mention all-conference in 2005 and second team all-conference in 2004, tied for the team lead in triples (3) and home runs (6) and led the Quakers with a .547 slugging percentage.

Clark (Morrow/McCallie, Tenn.) swung the hottest Wilmington bat down the stretch to finish with team-high .394 batting average. He also led the team with 50 hits and 35 runs scored and was the nucleus of Wilmington's running game with 15 stolen bases in 17 attempts.
