The Accelerated Leadership Program (ALP) at Wilmington College instills in students the skills, knowledge and understanding to be leaders in the changing workplace of the 21st century. Offered in a structured format that combines coherence of experience with a strong learning community, ALP may be completed in 20 months by students possessing approximately 64 semester hours of transfer credit. This career-oriented major maintains Wilmington College's commitment to a liberal arts education while expanding the traditional business curriculum to include a greater emphasis on leadership, ethics, organizational dynamics, and diversity in all types of organizations.
