Where did this month go?

I can’t believe September is almost gone! This means that I will be changing my rotation for Wilmington College Athletic Training next week. This month, I was with the women’s soccer team. Next month, I will be at a local chiropractic clinic for half of the month and at Dayton Sports Medicine Institute (DSMI) the other half of the month. These locations are both off campus and will be my first off campus rotations that aren’t directly athletic training. I believe that this will be a good experience because it will give me a chance to see other medical professionals practice and how the whole medical system is interconnected. Once I graduate from Wilmington College, my goal is to go to Physical Therapy School. The great thing about Wilmington College’s Athletic Training program is that you can get clinical experience in many different fields so you can find out if you are interested in something, or so you can know the different professions that Athletic Trainers can refer athletes to. I will be looking forward to the physical therapy clinic rotation!
In other news, this weekend is homecoming here! If you can, come support the football team as they play Muskingum at 2p.m. at home!
