David '51/'55 and June (Leppert) '56 Harcum were recognized at a luncheon in Columbus Nov. 20 celebrating National Philanthropy Day. They received the 2007 Outstanding Volunteer Fundraisers Award presented by the Central Ohio Association of Fundraising Professionals.
